Founder & General Dentist
Born and raised in Grande Prairie, Dr. Adam Woods has deep roots in the community. He played varsity volleyball at GPRC with his friends and family in the area before moving to Edmonton to complete his undergraduate degree and dental school.
Dr. Adam is passionate about helping families thrive, from supporting infants with frenectomy care to guiding teens and adults through Invisalign for a more functional, healthy bite. A strong advocate for airway health, he offers pediatric sleep screenings to catch concerns early and support long-term wellness.
Driven by a desire to provide care that is comprehensive, approachable, and truly patient-centered, Dr. Adam founded Luna Wellness Center to create a space where families feel supported, heard, and empowered in their health journey.
“My goal with every patient that steps into my office is to build an honest and transparent relationship between dentist and patient. As a dentist proudly serving Beaverlodge and the surrounding community, my knowledge in dentistry will ensure your safety and comfort at all times.” – Dr. Adam Woods
Outside the clinic, Dr. Adam enjoys playing squash, staying active, and finding balance—fueling the energy and focus he brings to building a holistic, wellness-oriented practice.

RDA
“Born and raised in Grande Prairie, I’m proud to be back in the community after several years of gaining experience in a variety of dental settings. As a Registered Dental Assistant, I have worked in general dentistry, pediatrics, endodontics, and surgical environments, including the dental operating room. I also spent a number of years in a denture clinic, where I developed a strong appreciation for restoring both function and confidence in patients.
I value the collaborative approach to care at Luna Wellness Centre and enjoy working alongside other practitioners to support patients on their journey to better overall health. I’m passionate about creating a calm, supportive environment and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatment. I’m excited to be part of a team focused on improving sleep health and enhancing the overall well-being of children and families in our community and surrounding areas.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, taking on home projects, and whipping up decadent confections in the kitchen. I’ve also recently discovered the appeal of pickleball and love getting out on the court whenever I can.”
RDH, COM®
Hi, I’m Darcee, a Registered Dental Hygienist and IAOM Board Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM®). I’m passionate about helping people feel their best by improving oral function, whether that means guiding a child toward healthier habits or supporting an adult on their journey to better breathing and sleep.
I believe care should feel personal, supportive, and empowering. Every patient is unique, and I take the time to truly listen so we can work together toward meaningful, lasting change.
With my background in dental health and specialized training in orofacial myology, I work with patients of all ages to improve tongue posture, swallowing patterns, and muscle function, important pieces that influence sleep, speech and overall well-being. I also value collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives well-rounded, comprehensive care.
I’m dedicated to continually learning and growing, regularly pursuing continuing education so I can bring the most current approaches into my practice. Above all, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and confident in your path toward better health.
